Download Description proctex.exe (664 KB) If you have installed Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0, download the updated Web Design Effects playback now: Download this self-extracting application to your system. Run the application (a dialog box will pop up) Choose the unzip button to copy the setup program into the unzip folder. By default this folder is c:\temp\proctexe, however you have the option to change it. Click OK after WinZip* Self-Extractor completes successfully. Close the WinZip Self-Extractor. Run setup.exe from the unzipped folder. Follow the instructions in the setup process.
